Our Cuisine
In an elegant and refined glass environment, our chef offers a genuine cuisine based on the natural seasonality of raw materials, mainly produced by our farm or purchased from local producers of excellence. The combination of flavors, colors and fragrances in all our dishes is designed to enhance the delicate combination of the traditions of our territory and the most modern cooking techniques. Our staff will also be able to recommend the most suitable wine for each meal, choosing from a list full of local, national and international proposals. Our culinary offer will envelop and satiate the five senses of our guests. Our restaurant is accessible by reservation only.
Our Winery
Inside our cellar it is possible to taste wine, oil and typical local products during aperitifs and light lunches. The use of this space is ideal for guests who prefer a less formal atmosphere or for those who have little time at their disposal but do not want to renounce to genuineness and food and wine excellence.
