Welcome to Molino ‘7Cento

This ancient water mill is a tufa stone construction dating back to the 18th century. Built on the bank of a canal that leads from the Lepini Mountains to the sea, for several centuries it was used for stone grinding the grain produced in the surrounding lands. As technology progressed, the building gradually fell into disuse until the mid-1980s when it was converted into a private residence. Since 2014, with the change of ownership, began an intense restoration work that has led the old building to its original splendor in order to create a charming and unique historical Relais that gives unforgettable memories.
